Refund, replacement and cancellations

Top Brand Furnishings want you to be happy when you shop with us. We therefore have a no quibbles return policy. Any unwanted products carry a 7 day money back guarantee. Please email us with full details too recieve a returns number Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items without a returns number. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the item being returned to us in its original condition. That is, unused, all labels intact, and in its proper resalable packaging. A full refund will not be given if the item is not able to be sold again as new. The customer shall be held liable for the return of the item(s). A minimum charge of £7.95 will be deducted from the the value of refunded items to cover our administration and postage and packaging costs. Top Brand Furnishings will only refund the postage of returned goods if the item is faulty. Any returned special orders will in incur a 25% handling charge. You will be notified if your order is classed as a special order

We insist a reputable courier service is used for all returns.

Subject to the goods being returned in their original condition, a refund will be issued, or an exchange will be organised. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results from a defective item.
